Job Title:

ServiceNow Security Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a comprehensive ServiceNow Security Operations strategy by implementing Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Delve into requirements gathering and design, collaborating with cybersecurity teams, risk management, and IT operations to identify detailed requirements
• Streamline integration and automation by integrating ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems
• Conduct thorough testing and deployment activities, including UAT, defect resolution, and cutover
• Create valuable solution design documents, implementation runbooks, and end-user training materials

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps architecture, data models, and module interdependencies
• Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR
• Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with security tools (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Splunk, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
