Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Research & Planning

• Develop creative ideas for video content for Instagram and YouTube.

• Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content styles.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in content strategies.

2. Marketing Plan Execution

• Assist the marketing team in executing pre-approved marketing campaigns and strategies.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including freelancers and agencies, to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

• Act as a central point of communication between the in-house marketing team, freelancers, and other agencies.

• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

4. Strategic Support for CEO

• Assist the CEO in brainstorming and drafting marketing strategies for new launches.

• Provide strategic inputs and feedback on ongoing campaigns.

5. Periodic Reporting

• Prepare and deliver detailed marketing performance reports to the CEO, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.

• Propose actionable insights and recommendations based on reports.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
