Job Title: Project Manager

About this role:

  • We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and application deployment projects.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines, and providing regular updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the deployment of infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage) and enterprise banking applications.
  • Oversee UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (IT, Operations, Security, Business Units) and external vendors/partners.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to the bank's project governance frameworks and change management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in infrastructure or application deployment within the banking or financial sector.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases), enterprise applications, cloud/hybrid environments, and deployment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
