Job Description:
We seek a seasoned expert in industrial automation to design and deliver hands-on training programs for professionals across various industries.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, including Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms. Strong understanding of pharma validation processes, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs on industrial automation and regulatory compliance.
- Provide in-depth instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, as well as pharma validation processes.
- Train participants on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
- Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices and prepare them for real-world challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and regulatory updates, incorporating them into training modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Industrial Automation Tools: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens).
- Validation Expertise: Pharma validation, equipment qualification, process validation, computerized system validation (CSV).
- Regulatory Knowledge: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity.
- Technical Skills: Automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, optimization.
- Industries Exposure: Pharma, biotech, medical devices, automotive, FMCG, and multi-industry sectors.
- Training Skills: Strong communication, curriculum development, and hands-on training delivery.
