Job Description

Focaloid Technologies is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the development of technical solutions for business problems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing project scope, coordinating with resources, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information, filters, validates, and interprets dynamic material
  • Manage and appropriately escalate: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
  • Analyze, plan, develop requirements documents, build functional models, develop procedures, develop functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties
  • Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
  • Create a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with at least one web development language
About the Role

This role requires a strong leader with experience in technology project management, who can drive projects from planning to implementation, while ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
