Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineering Lead

About the Position:

This role involves overseeing the scalability of AI-driven products and credit risk policy within pre-approved campaigns and live digital experiences.

We are looking for an individual with a business-oriented mindset, expertise in automation and encryption tools/packages, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the scalability of AI-driven products and credit risk policy
  • Identifying ways to simplify and reduce risk in customer journeys
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of industry experience in Machine Learning/MLOps or Business Rule Engine implementation
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end ML/MLOps system architecture, including model/BRE implementation, debugging, and production maintenance
  • Proficient in Python, PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, and Linux
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Databricks, Spark, Data Warehousing, and pipeline orchestration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with FastAPI/Flask for building scalable AI models APIs
  • Exposure to credit risk modeling and financial services
