Job Title: Cloud Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data engineering efforts in the cloud. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing scalable data pipelines using Azure and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cloud-based data pipelines using Azure and Databricks.
  • Work with asset bundles for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD) and environment management.
  • Develop and manage enterprise-level extract, load, transform (ELT)/extract, transform, load (ETL) workflows with Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure data factory (ADF), and other Azure services.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and technologies in Databricks to accelerate delivery.
  • Optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Mentor team members to improve overall team productivity and technical capability.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 5 years hands-on experience in Azure and Databricks.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks, Azure data services, Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data architectures.
