About Our Digital Growth Team:The team focuses on building customer-centric products with human-centered design principles for retail individual and micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) customer segments.Our objectives are three-fold: drive better customer experience and engagement, transform existing lines of businesses, and build new digital-only or banking-as-a-service-led digital business models.Key responsibilities include crafting and executing strategies around new customer acquisition, driving customer value, and shaping the 'Digital Business' by coordinating with cross-functional teams.Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Work on initiatives to increase traffic on channels and drive adoption among consumers.
    • Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas and increase visitors and conversions on our platforms.
  • Product Enhancement:
    • Be the voice-of-customer in shaping new features/products.
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams to create awareness and engagement campaigns.
Key skills required include 2-6 years of experience in growth/product marketing for digital businesses/apps, a customer-centric mindset, and hands-on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.
