About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Freelance Grocery Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers' homes, apartments, or businesses within designated time frames.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from designated partner stores and ensure safe handling of groceries to maintain freshness and quality.
• Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and professional, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork as required.
• Collect payments or verify ID checks (depending on company policy) as part of the delivery process.
