As a dedicated HR Partner, you will drive employee experience and business results by delivering organizational agenda and people plans. Your role will involve building relationships, synthesizing business priorities, and identifying and implementing people programs to support these objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies (Quality, Safety, COBE, etc.)
  • Facilitate manpower planning and budgeting
  • Facilitate reward and recognition program in the unit
  • Employee Relations and Grievance handling pertaining to all Employee benefits
  • Ensure organizational communications reach all employees
  • Responsible for employee life cycle management at the site
  • Drive Recruitment, Selection, and Induction processes of employees
  • Ensure adherence to Performance Management Process at the site
  • Implement Organizational Development and Culture interventions at the site
  • Drive employee engagement agenda at site
  • Design, establish, and review communication framework
  • Ensure Statutory compliance and social audit preparedness
  • Review HR MIS and take appropriate decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate and MBA in HR, MSW, MPM
  • Minimum 5 years of recent work experience in various areas of HR function like Business HR, Talent management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance, Training and development
