**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gates Corporation. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Team and ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Team in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
  • Ensure timely submission of manager's payables and validate DRO reports in the portal.
  • Provide travel support, resolve travel-related issues, and communicate with stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Monitor teams' sales objectives and key performance indicators, review monthly sales reports, and present findings for management review.
  • Document Controller: maintain a repository, track documents, and monitor contract expirations.
  • Organize meetings between customers, dealers, and Gates Corporation, ensuring timely sign-off of contracts.
  • Prepare dashboards for regional meetings and provide marketing support, including vendor onboarding, PR creation, and PO process management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business or Engineering, with a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in a Leadership Support role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with exposure to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven planning, organizing, and managing business office skills, with ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate effective time management.
