Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Asset Management and Development teams to deliver high-quality financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and underwrite financial models for potential land acquisition opportunities and operational warehousing assets.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and information memorandums for Investor updates.
  • Support asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate, CFA
  • Experience: 12-15 years
  • Annual CTC Range: 25-35 lakhs, additional variable payout
