As a Content Specialist at a leading organisation, your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and enhances the brand voice. Your mission will be to conduct thorough research, ideate, and develop impactful content that drives results and aligns with core values.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create branding initiatives such as signage, graphics, and digital displays that reflect the brand voice consistently.
  • Develop content for vendor kits, HSEQ kits, counter signage, digital standees, and menu boards to ensure messaging consistency and a professional brand experience.
  • Produce internal content such as welcoming kits, newsletters, internal communication campaigns, and cafeteria communication to engage employees and promote organisational culture.
  • Write clear and engaging copy for campaigns and creatives that drives action.
  • Develop and refine content for digital products and website improving it month on month.
  • Create blogs, articles, newsletters, and case studies to engage the audience.
  • Craft compelling testimonials and stories that highlight client success.
  • Ideate engaging content for social media captions and notifications.
