Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Urban Development Manager to lead our team in Delhi, India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Urban Planning: Develop and implement town planning proposals aligned with company strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits for proposals while ensuring adherence to planning regulations, policy, and legislation.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the urban planning team on the development of new site proposals, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare supporting documentation for proposals, including key data related to projects such as land use, occupancy rates, infrastructure support, demographic, and costing facts and figures.
  • Presentation: Attend and present at proposal meetings, urban planning boards, appeal panels, and public inquiries.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial administration of urban planning projects.
  • Professional Development: Maintain continual professional development in accordance with the requirements of the professional institute.
