Regulatory Intelligence Analyst

 

The role involves monitoring and analyzing the global regulatory landscape within the life sciences industry. You will support our products and services by actively participating in global surveillance, data acquisition activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, categorize information related to the evolving global regulatory landscape within the life sciences industry.
  • Maintain awareness of current regulations, guidelines, policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Utilize a strong understanding of GXP to proactively identify, categorize, and analyze regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess emerging trends in the pharmaceutical and medtech regulatory environments.
  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of regulatory data.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicator (KPI) metrics related to regulatory activities.
  • Ensure clear definition and consistent follow-up of data acquisition and processing processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries with focus on regulatory affairs or quality assurance.
  • A Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance is preferred.

  • Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers clear communications across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate sharing of insights, updates, and trends with teams and stakeholders.
  • Decision Quality: Analyze and evaluate regulatory data to make informed decisions that drive forward regulatory intelligence activities.
  • Plans and Aligns: Organize multiple projects related to monitoring and tracking global regulatory information, maintaining attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  • Nimble Learning: Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on the evolving global regulatory landscape.
  • Tech Savvy: Leverage digital tools and technology solutions to monitor regulatory changes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Engaged: Share company values and possess essential competencies for success at our organization.
