About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Studio Graphene Private Limited. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, teams, and processes to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the project team, including developers, designers, and QA.
  • Manage the work allocated to the delivery team (creation of JIRA tickets, assignment of tasks, and ensuring JIRA boards are up-to-date and accurate).
  • Facilitate daily project stand-ups and other meetings with all relevant team members.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Keep stakeholders, including clients and management, informed of project progress via weekly status reports and address any issues that arise.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks, including developing contingency plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Develop extensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as internal team members.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
  • Additionally, is able to help Product managers by doing stories and scope breakdown with the Product Manager.
  • Detail out stories and write acceptance criteria.
  • Help the team understand the scope and requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management, and multitasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and other project management software tools.
  • Experience in breaking down stories and scope, detailing out stories, and writing acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
