Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled engineer to design, develop and deploy machine learning models that can solve complex business problems.

  • Develop generative AI models using RAG, transformers and other relevant approaches to improve efficiency.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained language models for specific tasks and domains.
  • Conduct research on new techniques for improving generative AI model performance.
  • Apply software engineering rigor to machine learning pipelines to ensure scalability.
  • Evaluate and analyse ML model performance to identify areas of improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI research to enhance expertise.
  • Facilitate proof-of-concept Generative AI system development and deployment to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with strong programming skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields with expertise in data pipelines and model deployment.
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with RAG and other generative model techniques.
  • Extensive Git, Docker and Linux experience for server management and version control.
  • Cloud ecosystem expertise, especially AWS ML services for scalable infrastructure.
  • ML/GenAI frameworks and tools knowledge to streamline workflow.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
  • Ability to work independently and methodically plan work to achieve goals.
