Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to handle the end-to-end process for each student subscribing to our undergraduate and masters service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders (mentors, university selection teams, students, and parents) on the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.
  2. Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
  4. Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders of the company and senior management.
  5. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  6. A team-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with team members and other departments.
  7. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes.
  9. Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

At its core, we are looking for someone who is diligent and meticulous in their work.

Since we work with a large number of customers and mentors, we need you to take ownership and adopt a careful and systematic approach.

Bonus Points:

Bonus points if you applied to a UG or PG degree abroad yourself and know the process well.
