Job Overview

We seek a Lead Assessor to conduct social audits and assessments ensuring compliance with international labor standards.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough on-site assessments and investigations, evaluating adherence to industry guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop comprehensive auditing strategies and procedures to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide expert training and support to junior auditors.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Customer service orientation, business acumen, ability to work in multicultural environments and handle sensitive information effectively.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing with at least 200 verifiable audit days, APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly valued.
  • Certifications:
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg or equivalent is a plus.
  • Travel:
  • Frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel as required.
