Job Title: Senior Associate Developer for PPM Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Developer to join our team of experts in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge PPM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PPM platforms, including Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity, as well as experience with customizations, integrations, and API development. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
  • Customize and configure Tenrox and Clarity modules to support resource management, time tracking, project planning, financials, and portfolio management.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations between Tenrox, Clarity, and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and migrations for Tenrox and Clarity applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and process flows.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
