Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, travel operations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency procedures.
