Network Optimization and Automation Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Network Optimization and Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and automating network components, ensuring high availability and performance.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols, as well as proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices. Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation platforms is also highly desirable.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing network components for high availability and performance
  • Automating network deployment and management processes
  • Monitoring network performance, security, and compliance metrics
  • Documenting network configurations, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications
  • Implementing and enforcing network security policies and procedures
  • Performing network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues

 

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience working as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices
  • Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

 

Industry certifications such as CCNA, Scripting, AI, or other relevant certifications are mandatory. Familiarity with AI platforms and experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting is an added advantage.
