Job Role:

A DevOps expert is responsible for partnering with internal product groups and development teams to design and develop technical processes for continuous integration and deployment.

  • This role involves collaboration with Development, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to provide agility within a defined delivery process.
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit strong CI/CD skills, be forward-thinking, self-motivated, and work effectively in a diverse team striving for excellence.
  • This role supports all CI/CD tools operational needs such as enhancements, vulnerability management, patching, upgrades, and complete lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and/or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience delivering and supporting enterprise customer-facing solutions.
  • Designing and developing enterprise-class distributed CI/CD Tools/systems.
  • Leading the designing and developing enterprise-class distributed CI/CD Tools/systems.
  • Automation/integration effort for end-user onboarding for enterprise systems (CI/CD Tools).
  • Interacting with customers to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document, and manage solution requirements.
  • Development experience with .Net, Python, Java, public/private cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and Automation/Continuous Integration (Terraform, SonarQube, Jenkins, BitBucket, Harness).
  • SDLC including associated deployment methodologies, Onboarding, QA processes, and performance tuning efforts and Source Code Management with GitLab.
  • Implementing and supporting a large Nexus Repository Management environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated industries.
  • Previous Development/System Engineering experience in heterogeneous environments.
  • Working knowledge of automation and configuration management tools like Salt, Ansible etc.
  • Effective management of multiple technology projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
