Visual Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional visual design expertise to elevate our marketing efforts. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-impact visual assets that drive results across diverse channels and mediums.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative problem-solving skills, effective communication, and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop compelling visual assets for print, digital, video, social media, email, outdoor, and interactive platforms.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand and marketing materials/campaigns that meet business objectives.

3. Partner with internal stakeholders to create cost-effective visual design concepts that support business needs.

4. Ensure consistent branding and brand standards throughout all design work.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience and a relevant creative degree. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Products, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, is required.

Technical Skills:

1. Expert-level knowledge of industry-leading visual design software.

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to modify/iterate designs based on feedback.

3. Passion for clean design, love of typography, and knowledge of color theory.
