Job Title: Assistant Manager- Marketplace
Description:
- Manage Daily Operations Across Major Online Marketplaces: Develop and execute operational plans to drive business growth across major online marketplaces, ensuring timely execution of product launches and inventory synchronization.
- Owning the Assortment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire assortment lifecycle, including new style onboarding, visibility management, and exit strategies.
- Style Performance Tracking and Improvement: Analyze data to track and improve style performance, making informed decisions to optimize product offerings and maximize revenue.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of product go-lives and inventory synchronization.
- Key Business Metrics Monitoring: Closely monitor key business metrics such as Daily Run Rate, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Category-wise Contribution, and Return Rate to inform strategic decision-making.
- Growth Initiatives Planning: Work with platform category managers to develop and execute growth initiatives, visibility slots, and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Season Launches and Liquidation Plans: Assist in executing seasonal launches, exclusive capsule collections, and liquidation plans to stay competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Possess a Post Graduate degree.
- Market Familiarity: Familiarity with Tier 1/Tier 2 markets.
