Financial Accountant Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant with 5+ years of experience in U.S. property management accounting.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with financial statement preparation, draw accounting, payables, payrolls, and maintaining accuracy and compliance with U.S. standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accurate financial reports
  • Maintenance of general ledgers for monthly and year-end closing
  • Draw accounting, including tracking and preparation of draw requests
  • Process and approve payables, wire requests, and ensure timely disbursements
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Processing invoices and reviewing supporting documentation

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S. property management
  • Proficiency in Yardi software
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations
