Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished accounting professional to assume a leadership role in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the complete accounting function, encompassing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and other related activities.
- To ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
- To prepare and review financial statements, Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and budgets for senior management.
- To manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- To monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management, ensuring the organization's financial health and stability.
- To establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes, maintaining a high level of accountability and transparency.
- To provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with senior leadership.
- To lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team, promoting growth, development, and excellence.
Requirements:
- A strong domain expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
