Job Title: Project Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities for long-term infrastructure advisory projects spanning from feasibility, procurement, and implementation stages.
  • Lead projects comprehensively, including stakeholder management, scheduling, governance framework, risk management, budgeting, cost control, execution, quality management, progress reporting, and project handover plans for capital projects.
  • Exhibit good knowledge of PPP project lifecycle, project execution, coordination, synergy assessment, problem-solving, and facilitation.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with different workstreams, as well as manage independent tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, infrastructure projects, and client management in a consulting environment.
  • Good understanding of Public Private Partnerships/Project Finance, Feasibility Analysis, Deal Structuring, and Procurement Process of infrastructure projects across sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Office, MS Projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
