Job DescriptionThe Senior Medical Equipment Project Coordinator position will be responsible for working with UIH India local customer service and local distributer team to implement the new equipment installation for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. The successful candidate will drive the project successfully at customer site in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the company standards and directives and customer requirements.
- Responsible for project management between customer and internal company for high-value medical imaging equipment, such as MRI, CT, PET-CT, DR, RT, etc.
- Site planning & assessment of scanning rooms of equipment mentioned above, workflow design, site risk assessment, and guidance to evaluate the related site preparation working to ensure meeting the requirements of equipment.
- Provide required technology information related to our equipment to customer, create project plans to schedule the site preparation, shipment, equipment entry, installation, and application training.
- Coordinate stakeholders in the project effectively to promote the project in order.
- Responsible for the installation of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated product range at customer site;
- Ensure equipment commissioning and customer acceptance after installation, and sign handover documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related majors of mechanical engineering, medical engineering, electronic, or automatic control, construction, or the major interrelated.
- 3 years and above relevant high-valued medical imaging equipment PM experience.
- Must have ability to read blueprint drawings.
- Extensive experience at successfully managing matrix project teams, third-party vendors, and working within a large corporate structure.
- Knowledge of the construction industry (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Flexible approach to work, travel, and unsociable hours.
- Possess the ability of bearing working pressure, self-learning, and working independently.
