We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our compliance investigations within the Legal, Compliance & Secretariat department.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Conduct thorough investigations into potential compliance violations and ethical breaches, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation of investigation findings, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with legal teams to ensure seamless adherence to regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze compliance trends to proactively mitigate risks, driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, enabling the ability to assess complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills for report writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with compliance software and tools relevant to investigations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Deep understanding of legal frameworks and regulations applicable to the industry, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
