Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

 

As a seasoned professional in the Data and AI space, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their unique challenges and devise tailored solutions that address these needs and drive success.

 

  • Business Growth: Contribute to revenue targets for assigned accounts by identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Nurture existing relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management: Ensure alignment of account goals with overall business objectives.
  • Account Development: Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on Data and AI solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking to inform business decisions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Data and AI space.

 

Requirements:

  • - 5-10 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success.
  • - Strong understanding of Data and AI concepts, including Generative AI, and their applications in various industries.
  • - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
