Lead Business Solutions Analyst

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Life and Annuity domain. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of business requirements and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct joint application development sessions, and provide UAT support.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop user journeys of business processes using BPM tools like Visio, Pega, etc.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Life and Annuity domain, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also have a deep understanding of Policy Admin Systems and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
