Senior Interior Designer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage our design studio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design Leadership: Lead the design team to develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions.
    • Project Management: Manage end-to-end design process from concept development to final execution.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
    • Client Communication: Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations.
    • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers to build a strong design culture within the organization.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
    • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in interior design with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
    • Skills: Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools. Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
