Job Description
The role of Assistant Manager-Record to Report is an exciting opportunity to work with Transition, Training, Ops, and Practice teams to understand contractual commitments, deal books, and customer priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing general accounting tasks, such as GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, stock and sales, balance sheet and PNL reporting.
- Asset Accounting (capitalization, depreciation, amortization) and Cost Accounting.
- Preparing the balance sheets and checking all accounts (banks, fixed assets, client accounts, supplier accounts, tax accounts, etc.).
- Closings and reconciliations for managed accounts.
- Daily monitoring and processing of cash management activity.
- Analyzing and posting accounting journals, making reclassifications and corrections.
- Handling accounts reconciliation for group companies according to procedures, when required.
- Preparing reports for final balance sheet for each month end within consolidated ERP system, according to American accounting standards (US GAAP) and/or local standards (according to clients location).
- Offering necessary reports and information for internal and external controls.
- Preparing monthly performance reports according to established contract indicators and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed by the client.
- Communicating timely relevant information related to process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Commerce, CA, or MBA Finance.
- Good level of English language proficiency.
- Intermediate level accounting knowledge.
- Specific knowledge for the product delivered.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
