Product-UIUX Design Lead Position

We are an innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences in the B2C sector. The ideal candidate for this UI/UX Design Lead role is a seasoned professional with expertise in leading design teams, creating user-centered designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of designers, fostering a learning environment that enhances their skills in user experience and interface design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
  • Create user-centered designs through research, competitor analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • Perform regular audits and user tests to improve and optimize existing designs, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences.
  • Transform complex processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant designs that enhance usability and overall user experience.
  • Establish and manage comprehensive user-interface patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standards, reviewing development to ensure design fidelity.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems that empower the design team and development team to create efficient, consistent user experiences.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Conduct at least one major training session each quarter for the design team.
  • Successfully design a minimum of 2 websites and 2-3 landing pages per year.
