Job Description

We seek a skilled professional with extensive experience in IBM iSeries system development, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM iSeries RPGLE, CLLE programming, and ILE (Integrated Language Environment), as well as solid experience in application design, development, and testing.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in DB2 for iSeries (SQL optimization, stored procedures, data modeling) and a solid understanding of iSeries operating systems (OS/400) and system tools. Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and DevSecOps technologies such as CI/CD and set of tools like Jenkins, Ansible, G3 etc.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ">
  • University graduate with a degree in IT or related discipline with minimum 10+ years' experience in IBM iSeries system development">
  • Hands-on experience with IBM iSeries RPGLE, CLLE programming, and ILE (Integrated Language Environment)">
  • Expertise in DB2 for iSeries (SQL optimization, stored procedures, data modeling)">
  • Solid understanding of iSeries operating systems (OS/400) and system tools">
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and DevSecOps technologies">
  • Effective English writing and communication skills">
  • Custody domain knowledge desired but not required">
  • Familiarity with Java/Python for hybrid application development advantageous">
