Oracle Finance Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle finance expert to join our team. As an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance lead, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support across various finance modules.

About the Role:
  • This role requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of financial systems.
  • Your expertise will enable you to troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions.
  • A key aspect of this role is creating and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and support guides to ensure smooth operations.
  • You will also participate in Change Advisory Board meetings, following change control processes to guarantee business continuity.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects within established SLA timelines.
  3. Collaborate with IT teams to manage changes, upgrades, and new implementations.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and support guides.
  5. Participate in CAB meetings and follow established change control processes.
  6. Work closely with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  7. Support during peak periods, such as Finance Close and Cyber 6.
  8. Coordinate with offshore/onshore resources for efficient issue management.
