We are building an initiative to empower youth and create sustainable businesses.

As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy, building networks, and driving execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining our strategy and business model through close collaboration with the founding team.
• Building and managing a strong team of passionate individuals who share our vision.
• Driving the execution of ongoing projects, including Profit Pathshala and TapriPreneur Network.
• Identifying funding opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Handling on-ground operations, events, and community-building activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset, including risk-taking and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for startups, community building, and youth empowerment.
• Willingness to work on the ground in Muzaffarpur.
• Prior experience in startups or business leadership is preferred but not mandatory.
• Dedication, discipline, and a hunger to build something impactful.
