About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will support and coach several squads to work in a self-organized & agile way. You will maintain and improve their working conditions, identify and contribute to tackle impediments together with the squad as part of their continuous improvement process.
Your responsibilities will include planning and facilitating agile ceremonies for the squad, ensuring that time boxes (ceremonies, features, etc.) are respected and adhered to, and driving the continuous improvements of the squads, process and product.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
