Job Overview

The EPR Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for clients. This includes designing EPR compliance plans, ensuring adherence to regulations, and managing documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EPR compliance strategies for clients in accordance with CPCB/SPCB guidelines
  • Ensure timely collection and recycling of materials to meet compliance targets
  • Maintain accurate compliance reports and documentation for regulatory submissions
  • Liaise with government authorities, clients, and vendors regarding EPR obligations
  • Monitor changes in EPR regulations and ensure readiness for compliance updates
  • Collaborate with the operations team to integrate compliance measures into recycling workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 46 years in compliance management, preferably in recycling, waste management, or environmental consulting
  • Strong knowledge of EPR regulations and E-waste (Management) Rules
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools

  • Detail-oriented with strong regulatory knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle compliance audits and deadlines efficiently
