Job Title: I&C Instrumentation Designer

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced I&C Instrumentation Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality design and drafting services that meet clients' and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver discipline-specific design and drafting services that meet clients' and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate, manage, and supervise design and draft assignments on project requirements on time and within budget.
  • Perform discipline-specific design and drafting services such as preparing and overseeing the production of engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Ensure all drawings and documents are checked in accordance with Client's checking procedures.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Substantial design and drafting experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry, including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in modelling tools such as E3D.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SPI, PDS, Microstation, and other relevant software.
  • A recognized design qualification in the relevant discipline or equivalent.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will need to collaborate effectively with the discipline team, clients, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of design and drafting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
