Electronics Marketing Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electronics Marketing Professional to drive business growth in the EMS sector. This role involves developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing plans to promote our electronics solutions and services.
  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Utilize online and offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks to identify potential clients and qualify leads.
  • Identify New Markets and Opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate Trade Show Participation: Manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and services.
  • Maintain CRM Systems: Track lead conversion performance and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Teams: Work closely with sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Built Strong Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Electronics or Marketing Background: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Marketing/Sales Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • EMS Process Understanding: Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative Digital Marketing: Proficient in using digital marketing strategies to promote our brand.
