We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with 12+ years of experience in site reliability engineering.

This role involves helping define, drive, and implement the SRE strategy at our company.

Key responsibilities include promoting an 'Automate-first' culture in operating services through reduction of toil.

The ideal candidate will develop methodologies and strategies for identifying toil-heavy processes and automating them.

They will work with all parties to develop and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.

The role also involves designing and implementing reliability improvements, conducting capacity planning, and performing chaos engineering exercises.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SRE practices, practical experience defining and implementing SLOs, and operating error budgets.

Experience with monitoring and observability technologies, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code principles is essential.

A comprehensive understanding of SRE principles and the ability to evangelise are required.

Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of critical production support processes are necessary.
