Senior Team Leader Position

Job Overview: We are seeking a senior team leader to oversee daily operations and drive productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily team huddles and work allocation
  • Monitor productivity and SLA/KPI performance
  • Develop process deliverables
  • Quality control of team member's work on sample basis
  • Resolve team queries and provide coaching
  • Follow up on open items/queries
  • Regularly update clients on email and calls
  • Train and document SOPs with the team
  • Manage monthly performance reviews of team members
Key Requirements:
  • Team management experience
  • Accounting, journal entries
  • Reconciliation and entries - Bank accounts, Intercompany, Balance sheet accounts
  • Fixed Assets and Depreciation
  • Month close, Accruals & Prepaid entries
  • Understanding month-close calendar
  • Preparation of financial statements, schedules
  • Working knowledge of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L reports
Education and Qualifications:

Graduate/post-graduate degree required
