  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate or business administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization, with knowledge of HSBC Group's organization is desirable.
