We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Alankaram's flagship showroom in Bengaluru.

• You will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional spaces by providing professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements and lifestyle needs.
• Your role will involve curating personalized product selections and suggesting suitable combinations of furniture and lighting.
• You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs.

• Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards or digital tools.
• Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.

• Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
• Engage with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via calls or emails to convert potential clients into customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools.
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience.
