Key Analytics Leadership Role

This high-impact role involves building and scaling a data-driven culture, enabling informed decision-making, and aligning analytics with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align analytics with business needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives.
