Procurement Role at Illusion Dental Laboratory

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare PO and documents according to company policies and procedures
  • Review purchase orders before ordering
  • New vendor development
  • Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition
  • Local Purchase
  • Negotiate and finalize the deal under the guidance of reporting supervisor
  • Making comparison of received quotation for rate, quality etc
  • Follow up on delivery schedules, payment delays, and invoice queries
  • Manage delivery schedules and status of goods
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
  • Coordinate with R&D department and factory for inventory and stock controlling

Requirements:

  • Graduation
  • 1+ years of experience into Purchase Department
  • Knowledge into Excel and PPT
