Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team at ICON plc, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork. This role will involve working closely with biostatistics teams to create and validate safety and efficacy analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures in accordance with CDISC and client-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and validate safety and efficacy analysis datasets in adherence with CDISC and client-specific standards.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the data creation process.
  • Develop and finalize programming specifications and mock-ups.
  • Adhere to programming specifications and study-specific requirements, including completion and filing of required documentation.
  • Plan and organize workload to ensure effective time management and adherence to project-specific timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years' work experience in ADAM programming and R.
  • Strong SAS programming skills in SAS/Base, PROC SQL, SAS/Stat, SAS Macros, and SAS/Graph (Base and Advance SAS).
  • Experience in creating ADaM datasets for safety and efficacy domains.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills.
