Main Responsibilities

  • Drive excellence across clients by generating new ideas and leads to improve media presence and brand awareness.
  • Manage work efficiently and collaborate with the team to deliver client projects.
  • Teaming up with writers and designers to create engaging creatives to attract followers and grow our audience.
  • Provide strategic inputs to design and content teams based on client feedback.
  • Develop a content strategy in sync with the brand's philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor digital industry trends to devise relatable and engaging content.
  • Understand paid Ads on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for key client accounts.

Daily Tasks

  • Campaign content creation on various digital platforms.
  • Develop innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms.
  • Prepare reports on a monthly basis with quantitative and qualitative analyses of the brand to enhance future strategies.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a similar role, preferably with a minimum of 2 years in an agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies.
